While there is a science to nutrition, the application is an art.
“How” we work together depends on the person. For some, the work is focused on gaining knowledge and shifting behavior. For others, we may dive deeper, to repair the impact of harmful thoughts, beliefs, and relationships that keep us from living fully.
Clinical supervision is a space to receive support regarding difficult cases, develop new skills / knowledge, enhance positive movements, and work through frustration or burnout. The experience leads to increased self-awareness, expanded opportunities, and improved client experiences and outcomes.
Change isn’t just an individual pursuit. It’s also about addressing our social systems and misconceptions so we can support one another.
I develop engaging lectures and workshops for teams, classrooms, and groups to explore the complexity of health and performance so that they can develop a plan with confidence.

“How” we work together depends on the person. For some, the work is focused on gaining knowledge and shifting behavior. For others, we may dive deeper, to repair the impact of harmful thoughts, beliefs, and relationships that influence our eating and movement patterns.
While the work we do can be serious, I enjoy bringing moments of energy and levity to the journey. The goal is to help people develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate food and movement in alignment with their values.
